Another simple meal I like to make with my little man is bbq chicken pizza. Its so simple I so fun! We start with boneless skinless chicken breast. I did 2lbs because I made 2 pizzas (froze one for later) cut it up into bite size peices and cook in a frying pan with a splash of vegetable oil, or whatever oil you prefer. When its all done i throw it on a paper towel to absorb some of the extra moisture. Then toss chicken with 1/2 cup bbq sauce. Now time to turn it into a pizza! Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on your pan. Foil lined for easy clean up. Cook the dough for approximately 10 min just to get it started so it cookes evenly once you have the toppings on it. Spread bbq sauce on the dough like you would pizza sauce. Using as much or as little as you would like. Add some mozzarella cheese, again as little or as much as you like.
